Isparian Weapons

Hey just wanted to know if anybody knew how to go about doing the actual quest to get the diamond oil and how all that works. For whatever reason I can't seem to be able to get onto maggies site. Anyways give me a tell if ya can help ty

The diamond oil is made from a diamond powder and a decanter you have to fill up at in a dungeon... sorry I cant remember which one.

When you are in game, send a tell to Nepo or Nepo's cyborg, He is one of my vassles and knows this quest pretty well. I'm sure he'd be happy to help you out.

Ummm any Uas out there want the isparian UA wep? I have one on Mickie, and if their droppable now, Ide like to trade it off on somebody.
Is there even an Isparian Dagger?

from what i know there is an isparian weapon for all classes even mages I believe can get a isparian wand. I think. I could be wrong I haven't been able to get onto maggies site.
