and to think, instead of using thier cash for improving server stability, or improving content, they do 2 question serveys that take a year to compile.

Rofl. First paragraph, page 4,

They watched 24 people (picked randomly) using the Sentinel client, one of them was using, by the sounds of it, Insta Og.
