I'm not really looking for anything (except for a Major Invulnerability Covenant Girth) - I am rich enough as it is

I do, however, not want to just *give* this villa away. Any nice offer will do - surprise me...

To summarise : it doesn't have to be the bestest evah offer; just nice. You can invent your own definition of nice.
