It applies to everything, Panzer. But I don't think you can pick pudding up in under 5 secs

it's actually a 10 second rule for pudding, but only for the top part.

It applies to as much of the pudding as you can scoop up without touching the floor.

I don't know... I still think you could suck pudding out of the carpet like water out of a wet mitten... That would be ok.. right?
