Oh noooo... Someone needs to tell the French that there are peacefull ways of ending the massacre of innocent people... it's called Diplomacy.
Yes, just tell them, once a month every month, for 12 years, to stop fighting. This will stop the mass killings and refugee problem. There is no need for military action.
I don't know about the rest of you, but I think the US, Great Britain and Spain should concider a veto of any French based UN resolution that leads to force in the Congo.
Especially when both sides, and other countries in the region don't even want them there. I mean, lord knows, people who live in the area who want the killing to continue, should have their fair say in what goes on...
(God I love this)...
This is NOT a time to let common sense dictate what we should do. We should just sit there on our butts and let it all just work itself out.
... Sarcasm ...
Ohh.. Ohh.. wait wait wait. I've come to my senses... I agree with the French way of thinking (ok, read the title of the post again)...
I think the US, Great Britain and Spain should send a "Peacekeeping force" in HERE, to help quell the violence and bring stability back to the region...
