If anyone witnesses another clan member breaking our CoC the best thing to do is get a screen shot or some sort of proof and then forward it to the HC. Just posting an accusation here is not going to accomplish much.

Oh ok, thought my word owuld have been enough, will do all that next time, also is this the right place to post this? or is there some special HC address?

priavte forums i believe might be appropiate . just for the fact of i dont think we want any non clan people who visit our site to see our in-clan problems.

EF, it's not that your word is not good enough. We have to follow the same procedures for everyone no matter who they are. Even as HC if I have a problem with anyone I am also expected to provide a screenshot or chat log to back up any issues I bring up.
