Ok. Lemme axe you dis.

Heart of Oak (Buadren) gives you Self +20, right?
And Minor Willpower gives you Self +5, right?

Why in GOD'S name do I EVER get this message?

Buadren cast Heart of Oak on you, but it is surpassed by Minor Willpower

Isn't that like saying...

You cast Willpower self VI on yourself, but it is surpassed by Willpower self II.

Buadren doesn't let you stack cantrips, the focusing stone does.

I know, it's annoying - but it's the way it is

I think its just an outpaste error, the heart of oak is still stacking over the minor will

It only does that if you have orange armor...Otherwise it works!

Sorry Phade, it doesn't. I have one of the Gaerlan necklaces that has minor will. When I pick up the Buadren, it does not raise my willpower, however, if I pick it up when I am NOT wearing the necklace, it DOES raise my willpower.

it used to go over top of minor wills but I guess it is a bug

no... when they fixed the reaminder of the baudren quest... aka portal space and the invoker they changed the rules of it so that any willpower cantrip surpasses it
