Need LD help

Guys,

I have found my major invuln item. It will cost me 1000 plats :)

I need to borrow some plats for a short time - I will be auctioning off lots of mahog, steel, black opal and sunstone; I know I can pay you back within a week.

Anyone that can help me out with some plats ?

Do you need 1000 extra? or just 1000?

i was with this guy when he found that major invuln,, hehe almost got it for a bag of mohagany and 10 m notes. :shock: lol to bad he went and got a price check. :(

Thats like 500 Ms if buying Plats in store ?

Is this Major Invuln automagically setting your Melee to MAXED including the base attributes ? In this case 1000 Plats would not be overprized I guess ?!

But if it is just a normal Major that raises Melee by puny 20 points ?
1000 Plats = 500 Ms for +20 Melee ?

Probably it takes more than a simple axe swinger with an already pretty Melee Defense to understand it.....

I would gladly spend 1k plats on a major that I could use, but plats really don't mean anything to me until I'm down to my last 2 on all characters heh..

Thanks for the offers, guys.
I'm trying to raise as much of those 1000 myself :)

And Trekman, this major invuln is the last piece I need for my suit.

I'm a no-magic melee, and I depend on majors to get the same stats as someone using level 7 buffs.

Bravo luang not many of you hardcore melees out there.
Im waiting to see a uber thrown weapons pk.
Thrown weapons actully have stats that would rock someone pk.
hope you get ur item dood.
Im poor or id help :)

I didn't see Luang's name listed (might not use Luang, I'm not sure), so I bid to keep it in LD. Current bid is 400 points. Luang, if I get it, you can have it for whatever it costs. If someone outbids me and you see it, feel free to jump in, and I'll stay out. This makes me nervous lol.

Thanks for the help guys.

I had a really busy weekend (lots of family obligations due to easter) - so I could not finish this deal.

I'll watch the auction that is going on now; thanks for bidding for me Oof. If your bid wins, I'll pay for it.

I must say - I'm not having too much confidence in this James character...

Luang, someone has outbid me for now. Gohun007 just bid 500. Listed below is the point scale for the auction. I don't know what you want to do, but since I don't have the top bid anymore, I suppose you can jump in and bid now? I have probably 300 plats you can borrow if you want, and several bags of steel (most is below work 5 though). With plats being 1/2 a point, that bid of 500 just hit your 1000 plats mark from before:(

It's OK, Oof, I'll take it over; thanks for the help.

As you see, he's changing his point system and auction over and over again. He could not even wait for one day before auctioning again.
