Chains?

Hello

Just wanted to get some information on how the Food and Casual chain works and the differences between them. I would like to apply to one of them but I am not sure as to which I should apply to or even qualify for. If someone could shoot me an e-mail or post something as to how I am supposed to go about doing this I would greatly appreaciated it. Ty.

Oh ya I downloaded Acstats but dont know where to go from there.
