Why do people Install something...

when they don't know what it is, and are unprepared to format thier computer when it completely scrambles their computer
if you don't know what it is, or what it does, why install it?

lol good point.
though I don't support that brand of dumbness, I transfer them to their OEM and they deal with it.
speaking of dumbness I just told someone 'Thank you for callng and have a good idea.

LMAO. sounds like something you would say. reminds me of the time my friend caught a patient getting narcotics from several doctors and refused to fill them anymore for her. needless to say, she was upset. as she was walking down the hall, he waved at her and told her to have a nice Christmas. LOL.

Just had a guy asking me all these questions about what settings his router needs, even though he's not supposed to use a router, and we don't support it here at the help desk.
he knew this when I mentioned it, and kept asking anyway?
