sinuses are plugged, throught is all scratchy.. larnyx operation down to 60%.
and I have to be on the phone all day, being patient with peope (always a chore for me anywy) and sound smiling and happy
someone shoot me now and get it over with.

Phade Phade Phade Phade... Why do you think you have to SMILE, when you are on the phone? Don't you know what "false sincerity" is?
Just do what I do, after every pause, stick your tongue out at the phone and flip them off. It works wonders for the soul.
Oh, and for the throat... Eat a nice toasted slice of Owens insulation and wash it down with a tall warm glass of rubbing alcohol.
Otherwise... Just take a hammer and steadily beat your pinky finger until you forget about the pain in your throat.
