Ya know...

Post by Ncatyl » Fri Apr 21, 2006 3:55 am

I'm not sure I'm getting quite the return on my investment in the Comp since my last log off. I'm learning a lot more (web is a great research tool), and with all this spare time my garden is doing great and the 9 aquariums (a 165-gallon replacement hobby) are all gem-clear and full of healthy fish.

Somehow it's just not the same... No screamin', no dyin', no getting sprayed with acid and such.

Was just flitting about after hours and thought I'd stop in and say "hi!".

Hiya, NC!

I'm doing similar stuff. I am making sure my 23,000 gallon people aquarium is gem clear. :) It's much easier for me, when I don't want anything living in the water. :)

Heya gang!

Todt, life ain't all that good. Having to take my son's mother back to court. She got a wild-hair and decided not to let visitation happen. I hate that domestic-civil BS. Stresses me hardcore.

Panzer, you're dead right. It's a whole lot easier creating a toxic chemical soup than it is a viable and sustainable biotic system. I've done my share of pool maintenance. I think I lost an octave in my voice from all the muratic acid fumes to which I was exposed.

Oof, how's it swinging? Lethal as always I hope! :)

I might just have to take a break from RL soon. Dunno, we'll see. Just in case I decide to stay home more often in May, someone please nab me a Timber Silarrun talon. Can't afford a real vacation since the attorney needs her fees to finance her own trip to the Keys. I figure, for me, Dereth will be a passable alternative given the circumstances. We'll see...

Hola Ncatyl,

I will start looking for the claw for you. The new pookie quest is fun, and some small changes since you left that are pretty nice.

Heya Keeb!

Thanks. First thing I'd need to do is reacquire my old cottage. I'm missing the claw as I recall. I always found plenty of Timber Chikkenz up the western base of the plateau.
