kids dont do this at home....let a professional handle it lol.
ok let start with most anti spyware advertised on the internet is spyware!
so kids be careful out there.
now you got it reformat it or melt your board and/or hard drive.
Seriously, do to look l at some legitimate sites and "Purchase" legitimate products.
I would have some one clean and format your machine then install a goot anti virus then a good anti spyware.
my personal preference is Norton antivirus and Webroots Spysweeper, both are paid ongoing subscriptions that work wonders for me.
other may have other recommendations , but I know those two are top rated and bonified companies.
yes bestbuys geek squad can do it for you, i know i used to work for them
oh and stay away from download sites like Kazaa....

Yah I want it gone Panz. And I know not to download stuff. How it happened is that it starts with the windows update icon, once clicked it downloads and you're screwed. Its pure genios as far as spyware goes. Norton cant do crap for it and every time I remove it from program list it comes back. Oh...and they use the old "file share" anti deletion. Pure pain in the ass. I'm thinking I'll just clean C drive and start fresh unless anyone has a better idea

I use Spyware Doctor -- Spysweeper is OK too, but Spy Doc finds more keyloggers and such.
I dont' use anything that comes in a yellow box, EVER. The last quality anything symantec made was Norton Utilities 4.0 for DOS.
AVG is great for a freebie. NOD32 works VERY well. eset.com
Try hijackthis to get rid of spyfalcon.
here's some detailed instructions:

My husband suggests TrendMicro Housecall, a free online virus and spyware scan. He doesn't have the link handy, but you can search for it.
Also, if you use ZoneAlarm for a firewall, it has a spyware detector on it.
Spybot Search and Destroy 1.4 is good as well. You can control what gets installed by using Teatimer on it.
