So, I was goofing with my machine yesterdy. I flashed the BIOS and when I rebooted, NOTHING!

So, m motherboard is useless -- right now. I am going to see if I still have a MB with a PLCC in it and seeif I an do some magic. We'll see.

If I don't, Monday I will order a new BIOS chip and by the end of the week, my gaming machine will be back up.

I have other new motherboards, but I don't feel like reinstalling just yet. :)

I actually plan on replacing everything when I decide it's worth the hassle of reinstalling.

Dual Core with six Gigs of RAM -- YAY! but, for now, i'm semi gameless.

I'll keep you posted. :)

Six gigs of ram? If you decide to install debian linux on the system let me know and I'll gladly help you burn some CPU cycles with my simulations! :P

When I read the "I made a Boo Boo" title I was wondering if Panzer had named micro me Boo Boo.

Got the new chip in today. Everything is back to normal. :)

Going to burn the eeprom as a back up, in case I do this again. Even though this is first time in my life (maybe not the last) I have done this. :)
