Does anyone know what "Game Client Not Found" means when you try to log on?

It means that you need to re-install the game, for some reason the launcher can not find ACclient.

I want to say that I have rebooted my computer when I've gotten that error message before and then I have been able to start the game without reinstalling but I'm not at all sure that I'm remembering that correctly. It might be worth a try if you haven't already reinstalled, though I'm sure that Kerosene is most likely right...
