CAN ANYONE PROVIDE ME WITH EVERYTHING I HAVE TO DO TO PLAY AGAIN...SORRY !!!

but they are asking for zone id

whats that ?

and..

what should i buy more..etc..

well the old launcher used the zone software the new one doesnt

the old launcher used your msn passport id

the new system has you assign a new id and password

you should purchase the thrones of destiny Xpac to get at the new content...

I found calling the support line in mass. of use to straighten out account issues as well (781) 407-4020 the ladies on the end of the phone where quite helpful for me...

isnt the old zone id the same as the old account numbers or names? seems like when we had to migrate over to turbine accounts we had to use the old account id's to tag the existing account and then rename it for turbines billing. or something like that.

I know i had to change the names of my accounts to switch over to turbine from MSN.

i think that was the old passport id that Nash mentioned mabye.

Just curious how long ago it was yu last accessed yur AC account? a couple of years i am guessing?

Either way if yu decide to start over again i am sure you wouldnt have any trouble getting help setting your characters again. everyone here is always willing to help out when asked.

E-mail turbine, Give turbine the name of at least 2 toons on the account and they will give you the login name you used for zone login ....then you can do the migration... when i did this my account was empty... i dont know how to get my toons back they are gone for ever i believe.

You can get your toons back if you call turbine and let them know what went on. You have to call them though. They will restore your toons. This has happened to many ppl.
