Combine higher level chains?

I don't see any other way to have a chain unless we do this. We cannot continue to have seperate 100 million xp per week and 200 million xp per week. This will make it much easier for the managers to control this influx of chain applicants and set a standard.
The xp is so much easier now that we should compromise to a 150 million per week above pass up. We can't do this now without decal so I suggest it be a 300 million xp total xp (not above pass-up) and we post this total xp earned every week until we get decal back.
