Will the police not get them at least for disturbing the peace, especially if you are not the only one they are disturbing?

I bought myself a stun baton, with cash, from a survivalists shop for exactly those sort of conundrums.

It is hard to be prosecuted for assault when you don't leave any marks and easier to chalk up an accidental fatality to alcohol poisoning.
