I had one so bad one time, I actually cried. Our oldest was a baby, and when I finally got home from the doctor and the pharmacy and picking him up from daycare, I didn't even go inside. I went across the yard to my mom's, handed him to her, went and lay on their bed, and went to sleep. Hope you feel better soon!

I had O.M. as a child. Still remember it as a most painful experience.
Later, a ruptured ear drum. Ever feel like the chair you were sitting in was a roller coaster that you couldn't get off? Felt like I was spinning-drunk for about 2 weeks.
Yeah, anything involving ear infections or inner-ear damage pretty much sucks engorged, pustullating, syphyllitic donkey balls with a side of road-kill skunk and some sun-cured, bloated raccoon for dessert.
Yep. Sux about like that.

Do you have ear drops for it? If not, you might try some Sweet Oil (found at most pharmacies). Of course, there is one old home remedy you could try . . . if you wanted to. I don't know if it works or not, never really got desperate enough to try. Anybody know the one I mean without me having to say it?

All thru my childhood I had ear problems. The pains are immense. Just immense. Ended up with a bad doctor that did not send me to the hospital in time and that is why I am almost deaf on one ear todayPanzerfaust wrote:I'll take your word for it
I hate only hearing out of one ear. Horrid.
It's getting better, but still annoying.

I KNOW what you are going thru Panz...
