very confused

i am so lost on this update i have a preorder box with a cd in it with a key number i have a key number for when i tried the preview i have a game waiting for me at the store which numbers go first?

hi lady!
You can register your gems (did mine long ago) tonight all I had to do was put in cd key and play.
AFTER I figured out what I was doing wrong that is!
