ToD -- Read this before installing

If you pre-ordered, you must enter your pre-order key first, then your CD-KEY.
EBGames will be sending out, via e-mail, pre-order keys.
If you have already entered the cd key, like I did (Turbine said it was ok to do it out of order -- they LIE!!
), then enter the pre-order key, then go in game and do an urgent assistance and you will get your second gem.

And those of us from out of US that pre-ordered will get shafted til the 22nd.

Well I did the pre-register back when I picked my pre-order box up at Game Stop... back in april I think.... last nite I went in and use my key from the game to register the TOD... finally got in game... only 1 gem... so now what do I do?

Did you get a Pre-order Key? It's a separate number. It looks much like the CD Key.

Yes, I got it with the pre order box, and I updated my account info with it, account shows I have pre-ordered... just didnt get the gem... I did see that IBN said there are several of us out there.. and they are working on it. I know I am not bringing Evill in until they fix it.

i jsut contacted uregent assis and they said theres nothing they can do..now...maybe tommorw? 8(
