Another Friendly Reminder...

When the expansion comes out, Decal will not work.

So, you may want to figure out how to adjust your template to include some magic schools or find some jewelry. :)

The train and untrain quests will be on a one minute timer, so you can rebuild your character. That timer is supposed to be good until September.

No buff bots, no buffing utils -- no portal bots -- no combat macros -- well, you get the picture.

Be kind to others. I can't spend all day buffing people, so plan ahead. This would be a good time to make sure your patron is a real patron. ;)

CHAIN MEMBERS:

This hasn't been announced yet, but we will have to move to a manual reporting system, like back in the good ol :barfonyou: days. A new and hopefully, temporary procedure will be announced to track XP flowage. But, as long as you keep up the old habits, nothing will have to change.

If you are wanting to be in a chain, now is the time. After the expansion pack, 126+ are not going to have the freedom of swearing to any 126+ and receiving pass up. You will be able to swear to a lower level, but no XP will flow. If you have a patron that is lower level, don't worry. As long as you are sworn to them prior to expansion release, XP will continue to flow. Just don't break.

Meeting time - C u in game! :)

For starters, most peeps haven't given much thought to what this will do to the economy. You think there'll be all of that cheap salvage available after the macros quit churning it out?

Hardly.

Got something to tink, get cracking. You've got a week, maybe less, before someone yells "FIRE!" and the prices go back to what they were 6 months ago (20 pts /bag for steel, etc.). Okay, well, maybe not that bad, but there will be a spike when the available salvage surplus dries up.

Also, probably expect to see a surge in the price of dual and triple 6 jewelry/cloth as demand increases to supplement the magicless, magic-challenged, or, well, you know.

Right now the price for a good dual is from 2-10 plats. Triples run from 15-90 or there'bouts, depending on the spells & difficulty.

If you're putting all of your loot into one form, like plats/notes/writs, etc. STOP NOW. Diversify your hoard into other areas; you focus on acquiring plats or writs only then you may want to turn some of that into salvage. Don't go for all one kind either; steel is usually stable as is iron, imbues are high-risk investments with a variable rate depending on the FOTM and rarity of the drop. Nobody knows what will happen, but we can reasonably anticipate what to expect; available salvage decreases and the price rises as people have to produce it manually.

Also, keep this quiet. Otherwise the market will begin to seriously fluctuate before I've had time to finish shopping!@!1

Np Oof! Been around long enough to know a bit.

Oh, it's okay to yell "FIRE!" now. I'm done shopping. :)
