Decal help!

When I tried to re-install Decal (since my computer was locking up every time I tried to log in with it on), I keep getting this message under the Decal Installer Library. "Internal error creating Windows Scripting Host object (FSO). Please make sure you have IE6+ installed

I tried to install a later version of Internet Explorer with no luck. I tried to install an earlier version, but the download wouldn't let me since I had a newer version.

I tried fixing my version of Internet Explorer but the pop-up blocker kept blocking the download! I shut off the pop-up blocker off under tools and the blocker kept blocking the fix. I found another place under tools to turn off the pop-up blocker and the pop-up blocker kept blocking the fix.

I downloaded firefox to use as my default browser and tried to download decal. Again when i get to the Decal Installer library I get the Internal error telling me to get IE6+ installed and I'm not even using Internet Explorer.

Anyone have some more ideas? Please!

Oh, I think this may have been caused by the logitech website that said pop-up blockers may interfere with their site and my computer crashed in the middle of a download. Since that time I have not been able to log into AC with decal running, but was able to get in on that computer with decal off.

Hmm -- does decal still not work at all?

What version of IE are you running?

Do a decal dump to here, so I can look at it.

Open IE and go to Help, About Internet Explorer.

What version does it say you are running?

How about......

Are you running XP? You do have a recent restore point, right? Restore to prior of the logitek download. Get-r-done

I can't even get decal to open now so I can't show you anything Panz 8)

Same response to you Rose as Panz 8)

I Will get back to you tomorrow Ashida Kim. I have been driving for 14 &1/2 hours with a screwed up back (from lifting one of my classmates' wife off the floor where she fell after too many beers at my 20 year class reuniun), so I really don't feel like going out to the truck tonight to get my lap top.

Nova, I tried your suggestion in dos upon start up by hitting F8 and as well doing it in Window's with no luck.
