i want to look at preview i got box short movie is awesome i presubscribed how come i cannot look oops anyone on?

Don't confuse the Preorder you bought with the Preview you want to play now.
The Preorder Box+Code gives you the Bonus Gems to your toons on the official servers once AC:TOD goes live on July 18th - it does NOT mean that you can play the Preview now on the special temporary server (named Destiny).
You can play the Preview by getting a temporary, free Registration Key that is different from your Preorder Key. And you could get the Preview even without having ordered the Preorder.
Just go to
http://www.fileplanet.com/betacenter/as ... all/signup to get the Preview Key and to download the AC:TOD Client.
You have to register the Preview Key in your Account Management similar to the Preorder Key or any other purchased key....
As I said the Preview is on its own server, you can instantly level to 20, 40 or 60 at the beginning....
