Etiquette

Post by Panzerfaust » Thu Mar 27, 2003 2:25 pm

Very rarely do we get complaints from outsiders about LDers mistreating others, whether inside our outside the clan.

Joey Ramone, a buff bot, that is providing a public service to everyone, put our entire clan on the banned list. He did this due to the actions of a select few.

He will be removing that ban soon.

So, the moral of the story is treat everyone the way you want to be treated. Buff bots in general provide people a service they can not provide for themselves, so treat them as the hot commodity that they are.

Just because it seems that there is no one at the keyboard, does not mean someone does not review the chat log.

So, behave out there :)

THanks for the heads up people.

Best stance to take on bots is treat them the way you would want to be treated.

I have run bots myself for great lengths of time, and I must admit its very discouraging when some one abuses them.

So lets not get a bad rep guys, keep it clean out there :)
