Last Dynasty - A Solclaim Community

Just wanted to thank everyone who helped with the multiple CR on Cauln last night. What a trip!!!

Big thanks to Beeno for taking my vassal to get flagged and then showing us around the island. Big thanks to Phred for coming along to keep us entertained. Unfortunately, on the way to the deserted city, Acme lagged in a bad spot and died. Then the deaths kept coming.

After calling in reinforcements like Sassy, Tynerian, Ranger, Kerosene to assist in the CR, we thought we'd be in like Flynn and we'd all be recovered. OOPS. Big mistake. More deaths, more flying fur, and the dreaded time factor stepped in and several had to log to go to bed cuz they wanted to work in the morning (wish some people would get their priorities right ).

Well, things looked hopeless til Khaz-Modaan, Pyreal Girl, Cariad, and several others (I'm not sure of the names), stepped in to help Ranger, Beeno, Kerosene and me. There were still more deaths but with the uber Khaz and Pyreal, and some trade potions and gems from Zalton for me to keep me from dying yet again, all the corpses were recovered and delivered to their rightful owners.

So, again a big thanks to all who helped us last night. I really appreciate it. Sorry I couldn't name you all but with being new to the guild, I'm still trying to figure out who I am, nevertheless the rest of you

Neu....YAY!!!!!! I'm so glad you guys got all the bods back. Sorry for being an old lady and having to log for bed and not being able to continue helping

Oh and just how late did you guys have to stay out there to get all the bods? I'm almost afraid to ask.

I was up untill about 3:30am est before logging.
And I did not wait much after getting bods to log.

heh i was in bed by about 230am est. i'm not functioning at top speed either. but it was well worth it!

I really wanted to stay up all night with you guys, but my pillow kept looking at me forlornly and kept saying. "you don't care about me any more! All you do is play that stupid game! Corpse recovery Shmorpse recovery! If you don't get over here right now, I'm gonna run off with the comforter!"

What's a guy to do?

But you know I love doing that as well, so I know what Khaz is talking about...was a rush.

Although I lagged out in that mess and lost you all and didn't see any green dots...I was sooo glad I was able to locate you all with the simple words as COORDS.... Thought for sure I was going to die at some point looking for you but I was determined not to.

But anyways I'm so glad all went well, it was an honor and pleasure to be there and thank you all for asking. (I be n00b to the clan but not Dereth)

i would also like to thank everyone for helping neu and the rest recover my body.....my Pc is 4 years old and has high milage....i just couldnt run around that many creatures.....(running a voodo 3 vid card)so once again thanks to all that helped
