Thank you all for the well wishes and "hahas"
I tried to follow the thread from hospital, but I didn't post because I wasn't sure when the next time I could post would be.
Keeb had to keep me informed.
I haven't logged in yet, which is sad, but this is the first time I have been home and had the time to sit down. I actually snagged a qucik nap between some business and a trip back to the hospital.
FYI: Hospital beds are not all that uncomfortable. Problem was, I didn't get to sleep on one. My wife did. I slept in what I can only compare to a very uncomfortable recliner. I think it was a prototype when they weren't all that concerned with comfort.
But, my wife did all the work. I just stood around for three days.
And, I got to sleep in the same room as my wife and my new son.
I would have slept on a dirty floor for that.
Anyway, I must get back to the hospital with some new supplies. I think we bring him home tomorrow. Not sure.
I have taken two hundred, forty billion pictures. Unfortunately, in my mental haze, I forgot the cameras at the hospital. So, it will be another day or two before I'll be able to post a pic of the little Faust in all his chubbiness.
Again, thanks from the three of us to all of you for the well wishes and kind words.
See you soon.

Someone wrote to Panzer something like "the first one is something special"....
I bet that is true, but did someone say "the first one is something special - and also somehow frightening and painful" to the mother who actually gave birth after ~9 months of "growing difficulties" (pun detected
)
Congrats to you Daddy P. - and special congrats to your wife and I hope she coped well with childbearing and birth.
The physical pain might be over for her now - but the other problems like sleepless nights are about to begin for both of you now.
From what I have heard its worth it
But I guess you as an AC player are already used to sleepless nights anyway
