Yes the Power of Diplomacy here in our great monarchy brought on these changes. Now all of us must do the right things and uphold the rules of our great monarchy,by not letting EL tank or any other decal plugin to be used as a griefing tool.


I have been long time Pro ACm in dungeons and fought the rule but tried to follow the rules while fighting them when I seen that a change was needed. I was never trying to offend any one with any of my posts on the subject. I was merely fighting to fix a rule that I saw as broken.


I really do wanna thank Our great Monarch Panzerfaust and all our our High Council for their wisdom for installing this change to the clan CoC :!: (God what a butt kisser lol)

Now we just have to operate our decal plugins that we all love correctly and with respect to our fellow players.
