I don't see breaking any sort of code of conduct. We have every right to hunt a spot as anyone else has. Q seems to think she needs to own POTB all day every day. I actually went up stairs and helped the others get the 5- 6 corpses they had accross the bridge after Q left. Perhaps this is what she should have done long before they lost that many bodies. This is being a very selfish partner in a fellow!

Did I purposely stay in that spot? Yes! We have been avoiding Q for several weeks because we knew she wouldn't fellow with us. We had left areas around 20 times because Q was there and wouldn't fellow with us.

After so many times, you just get fed up. That was the 3rd dungeon we went in that night and it was also the least camped and that is why we stayed. Q surely had been there for 15 hours prior to then anyway since that is all she does!

We had mages debuffing as well and she was killing hour debuffs as well. This was not a one sided issue. I was willing to hunt the whole time like that and ignore her.

I realize it wasn't one-sided and I think with 3 extremely competitive people in that dungeon, two on the fast track to 275, sparks were bound to fly.

It was my 2nd time even hunting in PoTB. . .and while my first instinct is to jump to the defense of my clanmates, this nasty incident certainly reinforced some of the high level stereotypes (selfish and rude gameplayers) that are out there regardless of monarchy. I have never come across that kind of behaviour in 4 years of playing this game. I certainly wasn't impressed with anyone that night. I know it left a bad taste in my mouth and I did nothing.

The time she spent in the dungeon has nothing to do with what is being said. If she is at keyboard the whole time, she can stand there for as long as she wants. She has not broken any rules. If she was ucming that is a different story. In that case you can just report her and be done with it.

We know there are 2 sides to the story and ppl have been telling us both sides so that we can get a clear picture of what went on. What we will do is to try to figure out a solution so that this does not happen again, of course ppl are human and this is something that does happen in populated dungeons.

Q, in the future, if you do post something public (I know you went private first), do it without specific names, please.

This will take the edge off the post.

While we see this behavior (in your post) as unacceptable, we prefer to handle it internally first. :)

I have read all arguements or comments if you will. from this discussion.

I think the best thing to do is every one say hey its a new year. lets all play together and have a fun time and entertain ourselves and each other.

If you all dont kiss and make up im going to Punish u by sending you pictures of the people I have to serve at the Golden Corral when i work there on weekends... and let me tell you after you see some of the people i have to serve anyone would call that cruel and unusual punishment... LOL

my point is this is like the best clan in solclaim... I hate to see anyone get mad at another person from the clan.. especially over something like this. I think the best thing to do is talk it out.. calmly and rashionally and to forgive everyone involved and all just let old bygones be just that.. and all try and make a good effort to get along:)

ps for those of u who dont know what golden corral is its a buffet resteraunt where in indiana people who are cheap turds who dont know how to TIP a server go to eat.

and most of them have nasty table manners

And the sands of time like
Shattering glass went past me
Like a tunnel to the sea

first of all you get a sympathy card from me for having to put up with a rather embarrassing dining experience..

If I had been your server that day... I would have expected a 20 dollar tip for i imagine there was a Mess to clean up after.

tho it sounds like you had too much fun for one evening that nite lol..

first time I ever ate at a Golden Corral was in Burlington, NC. I have a friend that lives in Graham that i was visiting back in 2001. 4 years later i became a server there. and well I hate that job.
people are cheap and messy.. I had one guest who said that she wanted more rolls and lots of honey butter.. at the same time food was flying out of her mouth as she talked..

I guess im a horrible server since I told her that her table manners were disgusting. but that I would be right back with her butter. meanwhile making MOO sounds as i walked by her table each time

another time when i was working infact it was this past sunday on New yrs Day. there was this family of um eh what ever ya wanna call em. they were sittin there gobbling down the food they had from buffett talkin food flyin out their mouths as they all talked..

they had 2 children with them. one girl and one boy. the dad looked like something out of a sifi movie with warts all over his face. the mother she was no prize either. any way the little tomboy girl has a problem with her coat. she cant get it un done. so the mother just takes and rips the coat open breaks the zipper... she said i Cain t figgy at haw to geet theeis thang werk in. so i had to brake eeit.

I just can not believe the Mentality of half the people who come in to the Corral where I work at.

my favorite time was when i had a party of 30 come in and leave me a DOLLAR for a tip.

we get all kinds of lovely people who come in to the Golden Corral.

I figure like this. Maybe Im being Punished for not producing enough XP LOL..???

I wish I could say it was my story, but it wasn't. Although I've seen plenty of re-runs in my travels...

My own son is a sugar freak. I don't let him have any refined sugar at all to hear him tell it. In truth, I limit him to about the same as would be ingested by a humming bird on a hot day; about an ounce, sometimes less.

It's funny, when I give him chocolate milk in a 10.oz squeeze-bottle. He plugs into it, his pupils dilate in rapturous glory, and then drains it so fast you'd think he was a 1970 muscle car with the accelerator floored. Afterward, he's turbo-charged for about an hour or two. Forget trying to communicate with him; sound doesn't catch up with things moving at light speed.

I should now mention how my wife found out that Sierra Mist contained caffeine.

Damn, here she comes...

AHAHAHHA man... good to se this thread caught up with the lighter side of life. personally myself I usually drink enough that the things that go at light speed usually go un-noticed....

Which is actually my theory about life on mars... I think that there is life on mayrs but they are on a much slower time line, which makes them appear like that at inanimate objects cause they move slower than glaciers, but hey I am prolly reaching here
"if ever anyone discovers exactly what the Universe is for and why it is here, it will instantly disappear and be replaced by something more bizarrely inexplicable. There is another theory which states that this has already happened."
