Decal help!

Well nutz, you have the most up to date version for IE.

All I can think of is that somehow the download from logitech corrupted IE. IE is tied into windows, so the only way to fix this is to reformat my computer. I put in the Reinstallation CD with Service Pack 1 on it and it says it can't continue because I have a more recent version of Windows

Does anyone know how to continue with the older version?????
