Ruby Ring Casts the following spells; Regen 7, End 7, Minor Magic Item tink

Arcane only, Lore 374.

On my BEST day with brill and all majors, I can get 371. Barring use of a rare of course.

Dang. Never thought to find something I couldn't get into. Ah well. I know where to put some XP now at least

Isnt there a tink that reduces lore? Like adding a race requirement?

I do not believe you can add a race req, only change an existing one.
