Vanguard coming back?

I was sworn in under Vanguard but now hes monarch. Havent been able to contact them IG and wonder if anyone knows if this is temporary and hes swearing back in or not?

Hey thanks, I appreciate it. Didnt really want to leave last dynasty but will see how this goes before I decide to stay with them or not.
