quick skill allocation question

i was looking on various sites but didnt find the max lvl of points that can be specialized...

i know there is some limit im trying to plan were and what i keep my points for or potential spend now ...

i have war and critter spec now can i spec life if i have the points at 160?...

i will have the credits to spend then ... but can i have that many points worth of skils spec'd?

let me know thanks, im still rusty with game basics like this...
