Still can't get on . . .

I still can't get on AC, but I get to the screen with the squiggly things. They still spin like it's trying to connect, but I wait several minutes with no success. Any advice or ideas?

If you let it run for a while, do you get any errors or does it just keep trying?

2nd thing, do you have a software firewall that might be blocking anything?

My husband figured it out. Our Zone Alarm decided to restrict access to it, for whatever reason. He got it going.
