My ACDM subscription is gone, no way to resume it ?!

My ACDM subscription is gone, no way to resume it ?!

In the Account Management I can only Subscribe which needs a Product Key that I obviously don't have.

There is no Resume Subscription or Resubscribe option.

I checked the Credit Card info - it is ok, especially since my AC2 subscription still is active.

Anyone else had this problem ?

You might have to call them. I think one or two on the VNs had the same problem.

yes trek, you will need to call them if for sum reason it didnt resubscribe. wont take a minute, have had to do it myself

I second what ironhorse said trekman. It happened to me too, and I could not figure any other way, so I finally called them. The Turbine rep was very nice, and was very apologetic about me even having to call them. He said they hoped to soon have it fixed so that we would be able to reactivate accounts ourselves. Within a minutes he had my account reactivated and I was ready to go.

The bad thing for you is that I think they only work something like an 8 hours shift, and I think they are on the West coast of the U.S. (I think they work an afternoon shift though). Best of luck! :)

You need AC2 to know the CC you use is ok? ;)
