get my avatar every time i try to get one and load it when i see it its a red X with a white page behind it the image is only 3.87k so its should work

now more serious.. you sure that you typ in the right url.. or maybe its Uppercase sencitive.. try it again with uppercase letters if it has to

like mine avatar host is uppercase sensitive too

You can email the image you want as an avatar to Panzerfaust or to Flanker, and they can load it onto the LD server for you too. That may be the easiest thing to do.
