Ok.. who did it?? I was out in the N. Dires and I get the message..

Maintenance has been collected!

Ok.. who was it?

If it was one of the guys... *Head nod* with the "Sup man" grunt.

If it was one of the ladies... I better not see an extra toothbrush hanging in my stand or floral curtains in my windows. Pee-Wee is his own man... I make my own way... Just leave my HoltBurger wrappers on the floor and my Ball of Gunk where it is... I like it that way. You can't break me... I'm PEE-WEE... Master of his own destiny.

Besides, my heart belongs to the Olthoi Queen.

I got that message... "Maintenance has been collected!"

Now, when I log in, I get...

Warning! You have not paid your maintenance costs for the last 30 day maintenance period. Please pay these costs by this deadline or you will lose your house, and all your items within it.

What's up with that?

"Maintenence has been collected" is the point in time when your 'prepay' text switches to yellow 'you must pay within 30 days'.

Basically, thats when it begins the countdown to your house being gone.
