I think Microsoft is just the producer and sponser for this game.....I believe you should blame Turbine for the worlds shutting down.

turbine writes the code. their software ppl.
Microsoft maintains the servers, the netowrk connections, the chat servers. everything else thats not the game software.
COMPLETLY blame Microsoft =)

And, no, it's not for the pool party, they need the power for the Flobie or whatever that vaccume cleaner attachment for cutting your hair is.

Man, for someone with that much money, you would think he would get a better haircut. Hell, even CLINTON gave $600 for his "trim" (excuse the pun) on Air Force 1.
