Video card died! :(

I JUST baught a Sapphire ATI Radeon 1900 128mb DDR AGP, about 1 month ago...

Now when i try to log into windows, i get hoorrible ugly horizontal lines! and i cannot do anything but Hard-reset... Anyone know what this is? and if so PLEASE help me! this is a $120 video card i dont feel like blowin another $100-$200 on another video card

P.S.

I am currently using a Creative labs 3d Blaster Banshee. i get NO 3d! and only 640x480 16 Colors! HELP!!

Make sure you're using the latest drivers.

I have latest drivers for both video cards, and the latsest Fixes for some bugs... i dunno what the problem could be...
