...I migrated my old MSN gaming zone account across and reactivated. I will probably only play on and off between other things.

Things seem very different! The first thing I have noticed is that I haven't seen anyone anywhere since I reactivated!

Is Decal still used? Can I get something like Nerfus Buffus, like in the old days?

Yes, Decal still works. There are several programs that buff, Alinco and Lifetank are some of them. We also have a buffbot at the mansion at the bottom of the hill. Gatorbait, he has 2 hour buffs and can also bane your armor. I play everyday still, evenings mostly. Normally play Cookie Man, Keebler I, or Riyadh.
