Reports are coming in that people are losing stuff when they try to transfer (mule) items between characters and housing chests. In addition, the servers are very unstable.
I recommend that players give Turbine time to figure out what the problem is and stabilize the servers.
If you must play, be aware that you could be disconnected at any time. If you die, your corpse may decay on you without anyone being able to recover it. If your mule items, you may lose them.
