Most of the fields in Billing Info are always empty when you open the window - for security reasons.
When it says "Update successful" your data are in the server, no matter whether they are displayed or not.
Cross-post from your other thread (I dont know how to link a particular post), skipping the stuff you obviously already did :
1) go to Account Management

Check your subscription(s).

c) If you see a "
Subscribe" Button, do
NOT click it.
It is a sign that your subscription was cancelled due to billing problems like an expired Credit Card, but you have to fix that in another way.

Next go to the Customer Support Site

enter your Contact information and select "Billing" and "Asherons Call 1" in the dropdown lists.
In the Edit Field at the bottom write something like "Please reactivate my subscription : " and add the following information :
- Username: {your login name}
- Email Address on the Account in question:
- Name of the Credit Card Holder:

Last four digits of the Credit Card:
It took a few hours up to one day, but it worked for all my affected accounts.
Watch the mailbox you entered above...I did receive a mail saying
Thank you for your email. Your subscription was canceled due to a
credit card decline. We have reinstated the subscription.
In the future, if this happens again you will need to contact us here
at Turbine Billing to have the account reinstated. If you know you
will not be renewing your account at the scheduled renewal time, you
may cancel your subscription via the website (it will not cancel you
same day, but on the last day of your billing cycle). If you cancelled
your account, you will have the option to "Resume Subscription" when
your payment is able to be processed. Please let us know if we can be
